Bottoms Up
Ditch the green beer and try one of the many Irish cocktails being poured for St. Patrick's Day. Belly up with Esquire, which offers five options including this lovely sipper.

The Emerald
2 ounces Irish whiskey
1 ounce vermouth
1 dash orange bitters

Stir well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Bottoms Up, a semi-regular feature, appears when life calls for a drink.
